Thanks for stopping by and looking around. I am not really into taking pills, besides pills cost money and food cost money I have to eat, so I have found that if you watch what you eat, limit them bad carbs, that the fat stays off, therefore no need for pills. When you have a lot of fat to lose at first just keep your carb intake to 20 grams a day and your body will start to use its fat for fuel. It’s tough at first but when you start to see the results it all worth it. But if the pill really works for you great.
