most muscle you can put on in a week is 0.25 lb. And thats working out like 4 times a week with weights etc etc.
Just out of curiosity what height are you?
And 1 hour of fast walking burns the same amount of calories as 1 hour of jogging. Just a tip.
@xGlamDoll Hello!:) Cutting carbs & exercise is a guarantee to quick weightloss! Cut out potatoes,rice,bread,pasta for best results.You need 2 eat plently of meat and vegetables,once u get started u will realize that carbs are not needed, for example if u fancied homemade curry make it with lots of meet and veg and forget the rice. I found yogurts and peanuts my best friend,be careful with your sugar intake especially fruit.Zumba for exercise! Hope that helped!x (subway salads were amazing too!)

I wanna do the lowno carb diet to lose weight too but didn’t know if it was good. I was wondering if you could tell me what you ate and how good it was? I have meratol aswell and I’m 18 lol! And what kind of exercise did you do to loose so much weight? Thanks! Xxx
